*Students:
Must attach a photocopy of the
tuition fees for the year
2018/2019 or 2019/2020 which
ever is applicable at the time
of registration. Graduate
students who are
not submitting any proposals for
presentation will only pay
student fee.
**Registration grants
for graduate
students
presenting papers will be made
available. The scholarship will
be awarded in order of receipt.
To apply for a grant should send
an email to
psclinica.sec@aepc.es attaching
a copy of the tuition fees of
the course 2018/2019
or the course 2019/2020
accordingly.
IMPORTANT: If in the
works there are coauthors who
are not graduate students, they
must pay the registration.

CONDITIONS
OF REGISTRATION
Registered
attendees will be given the
congress materials (folder,
pen, notebook, program
information/schedule AND
Assistance certificate) when
picking up their conference
badge at the Secretariat.
Attendees
will be allowed to enter any
session included in our
program as long as they carry
their their conference badge
and the room is not full.
People
registered have the
opportunity to submit a
maximum of three papers.
The book of
abstracts (with ISBN) will be
published in online format and
can be accessed via the
conference website in the days
before beginning the congress.
Furthermore, by following
the instructions on our
website, authors will be
allowed to submit one of
their presentations for
review and possible
inclusion as a full-text
book chapter in the Book of
Abstracts publication which
will have an ISBN
designation.
IMPORTANT:
The Organizing committee is
not responsible for
scheduling changes beyond
its control. Each congress
hall has a limited capacity
which is determined by its
size. The number of
registered applicants will
never be higher than the
total number of available
seats.
EMISIΣN
DE
CERTIFICADOS
Each
registered author will receive a
certificate of attendance and
presentation of work. The data
included in the REGISTRATION FORM
and the SUBMISSION OF PAPERS are
those that will be used for the
ISSUANCE of the CERTIFICATES.
Therefore, any mistake made on
these, will be transferred to the
certificates. The organization
will not be responsible and
certificates will not be modified.
Changes to certificates already
issued will have an additional
cost of 20
REFUNDS
The deadline for
cancellation of registration fees is July 5th at 2019.
Refunds will be processed after a
$ 50 euro administration fee is
deducted. No refunds will be
processed after said date and time..
From that day and time on, there will
be no refunds. If the reason for your
cancellation is the non acceptance of
your paper proposal, the registration
fee will be 100% refund, even if it is
after theJuly 5th at 2019.
To process a refund, send a signed
request with copy of the deposit slip
of your registration payment to the
following e-mail address: psclinica.sec@aepc.es within
an attached copy of the deposit slip
concerning the registration payment.
