Proposals for WRITTEN
PRESENTATIONS and
CLINICAL CASES in poster
format, require
an APA (American Psychological
Association) style, which must be
submitted through our computer
application found at the bottom at
the end of this page (Click the
SUBMIT ABSTRACT
button). The abstract
cannot be less than 250 but no more
than 300 words, and it must include
the following information:
The presentations
may be conducted in any of the
official languages of the Congress
(Spanish, English and Portuguese).
The
scientific committee and the
organizing committee reserve their
right to decide the final
presentation format of any
submission. The committees will timely
inform the participants about the
acceptance or rejection of the
proposals made, once the submission
deadline has expired.
Deadline
for abstract submission is OCTOBER
2th, 2017. Only abstracts
submitted through our electronic
application will be considered for
review. The
minimum length for the abstracts is
250 words and the maximum length is
300 words.
The
electronic Book of Abstracts (with its
ISBN designation) will be available
online after the congress is
over. All accepted abstracts
will be included in the Book
Abstracts.
Authors will have the opportunity to
publish their works in chapter
format. To submit a work for its
review and publication in chapter
format, please use our electronic
application (Click here for
More information).
Those chapters accepted by the
Scientific Committee will be published
in a Book of Chapters with ISBN.
Also, the best works presented at the
congress (chosen by the
Scientific Committee through a
peer-review process) will be published
as Proceeding Papers (Click here for
More information).
IMPORTANT:
At least one of the authors must be
registered in the Congress before
sending the proposal (in case of a
rejection, the author may request a
refund of a 100% of the registration
payment). Submissions by authors who are
not registered in the Congress will not
be considered for review.

A
registered author can submit a
maximum of three papers,
co-authorship and senior authorship
are limited to a maximum of five
works.
- The submission of
papers, is made from the platform at
the end of this page.

The presentation can
only be done by one of the authors
who is registered in the Congress.

The
proposal must be presented by one of
the authors registered for the
Congress. Certificate of
presentations will only be issued to
authors and co-authors who are
registered in the Congress. The
certificate will display first and
last name of all
authors.
-
Certificates
will only be issued for
presentations which are presented at
the scheduled time and follow the
format specified by the organizers
of the congress.

All
proposals will be presented using one of
the following formats:

WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
(POSTER)
|

Each poster will be
exhibited for 1 hour and a half in an
designated place, period in which the
authors will have time to explain their
work to those who are interested. The
Scientific Committee will group the
accepted abstract for written
communication in one of the poster
sessionsconsistent with its topic.
The
size of the poster must be 70x90cm (vertical
format)

CLINICAL CASES (WRITTEN
FORMAT/POSTER)
|

Individual proposals
for clinical cases can be sent, to be
presented in a written format.
The Committee will group them
according to the topic. All summaries
of clinical cases must include the
following information to be expanded
during the presentation:
-Patient's characteristics (no
name)
-Reason for seeking
help
-History of the problem
-Description of the problematic behavior
-Established goals and treatment
-Terapeutic objectives
-Choosing the appropiate treatment
-Choosing and applying evaluation
techniques and results obained in this
phase
-Aplication of the treatment
-Evaluating the treatment's efficacy
-Follow up: how and when it was done
-Observations
Each poster will be
exhibited for 1 hour and a half in
