The author of more than one hundred scientific articles, textbooks, monographs on autism problems, cognitive impairment in childhood and adulthood.
Executive secretary of the network publication “Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities: Modern Research and Development.”
A practicing clinical psychologist in the field of individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults. She specializes in the analysis of personality, behavior, interpersonal relations, work with feelings both in individual counseling and in groups.
Research Interests: personality in health and disease; behavioral disorders in childhood; education and socialization of children and adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

Modern technologies of psychological support for children with autism and cognitive impairment

Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) are a group of pervasive developmental disorders, the main manifestations of which are the lack of ability for productive social interaction, impaired communication and stereotyped behavior. With the generally recognized practical and theoretical significance of studying the mechanisms of ASD formation, the problem of the socio-psychological adaptation of children and adults with autism is still little studied. The main task of the process of education and support of children with ASD is the development of their maximum social inclusion in adulthood.
The purpose of the symposium is to analyze the existing clinical and psychological research and technologies of psychological support in the field of autism and cognitive impairment in childhood.
Psychological models of developmental disorders in childhood, modern clinical and psychological technologies for the differential diagnosis of ASD and cognitive impairment, effective technologies to accompany children with ASD and cognitive impairment and their families will present on the symposium.
Will be provided recommendations to parents how raising a child with mental disorders on social and psychological resources to maintain a strong marriage.
